Usage Ideas for Vu Tech Display Bars

Below are just a few of the possible applications for the VuTech Display Bars.

1. One useful application in training facilities or conference rooms is using the Display Bars to
display material (pages from large tripod mounted tablets) that has already been covered, but
needs to be referred back to throughout the meeting without having to use tape or thumb tacks as
display methods.

2. For large banners that can be read at a distance, the 4’, 5’, or 6’ models are handy in places such
as company cafeterias, training rooms, and conference rooms. To display banners that exceed six
feet in length, multiple Display Bars of various sizes can be placed end to end to accommodate
large banners.

3. For engineers, geologists, architects, etc., who are working with large blue prints, seismic maps,
etc., a Display Bar can be mounted on the file cabinet parallel and above the desk. This application allows the user to view displayed data while they are seated in front of their computer, instead of having to stand up every time they wish to view materials spread out over the desk on
either side of their computer.

4. At the copy/fax machine, numerous copies and faxes can be inserted into a Display Bar placed
next to the fax/copy machine to provide an easy way to organize both copies and faxes until they
are picked up.

5. One application of the 9” Display Bar is as a “functional nameplate” on both doors and cubicles.
To create nametags many companies are utilizing label-makers, which can be purchased at office
supply stores. Once the label is attached to the Display Bar, it serves as both a standard “name
tag”, as well as a receptacle for inserted documents, announcements, and messages. Messages
left in this manner will definitely be seen by the intended person upon their return.

6. Various sizes can be used in elevators, doorways, or on restroom paper towel dispensers as a
method of posting announcements.

7. On file cabinets, the 9” or one foot models can be attached on the side of the cabinet as single or
multiple descending document holders for easier access to frequently needed forms.

8. In manufacturing facilities where operating instructions for various machines must be posted on,
or near the machinery (ISO 9000), the magnetic Display Bars can be utilized, and easily
relocated when necessary. Another similar application is posting safety alerts in areas as needed.

9. The 1-inch Memo Holder Model can be attached almost anywhere that there is a need to post
something including reminder notes on your computer monitor. In autos and delivery trucks, a
wide variety of items including receipts, directions, and invoices can be posted. The Memo Holder
Model comes in five colors and can be imprinted with your company logo for use as a give-away
advertising / promotional piece to insure that your company name is in front of your clients every
day!
